First time visiting, love making authentic Vietnamese pho. Super fun place, so many neat things in there. It's a huge store. Very clean and organized from the produce isles to the entire gigantic rows of crackers! Wow who knew. There's even a bakery. Will definitely be back to try more options.

This is actually the first time I’ve ever written a review for a supermarket, which says a lot by itself. I normally don’t write reviews, but after repeated experiences, I feel I need to say something. Not to attack the store, but because I genuinely hope management will improve the quality control for the sake of the business and the customers who want to support it. I shop at 99 Ranch Market in Tustin because it’s convenient, close to home, and I prefer supporting local markets when possible. I also come here regularly to buy fresh fruits and vegetables, which is why this has become especially frustrating and disappointing over time. To be fair, the store itself is generally clean, organized, and not overly cramped like some other markets. Shopping here is usually comfortable, and that is one of the reasons I kept coming back. Unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed too many times with the quality of the fresh produce and fruit. Many of the fruits and vegetables look perfectly fine on the outside, but once you bring them home and cut them open, they are often rotten inside, overly old, bruised, dry, or completely lacking flavor, especially items placed on sale. This review is only for 3 item-combo deal!! We tried the 3‑item combo from the hot deli and bought it to go twice. To my surprise , the fried rice and chow mein are bland and don’t have much flavor. The fried tofu is too dry and not soft. The only item that’s good is the pork ribs. Overall, the hot deli food quality needs improvement. If the food quality can’t even beat Panda Express, then it really shouldn’t be sold. At the very least, bring the basic dishes up to a reasonable standard before offering them to customers.

This store must have the most promotions right now since it's still new in Tustin. You can't find better deals elsewhere! I am so happy every time I go shopping here. I started with nothing needed and ended up with a full shopping cart, even though my family only has two people. I even want to buy one more freezer just to stock up! Thai rice, fresh fruits, frozen dumpling, on-sales lunar new year stuff, .. everything is incredible . Don’t miss the golden time to shop for Asian groceries at cheaper price than they are in Asia
